Refund/Cancellation Policy


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a Full Refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Please note that we do not cover any mail shipped to an incorrect address. In order to qualify for a return/refund/exchange, buyer must return all products shipped to them.


All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with 1 or 2 sachets used at most! *All orders have a 90 Day period after payment for Exchanges and Returns. Once this period has expired (more than 90 days after date of payment), Refunds and Exchanges are not an option. This is because all tracking numbers go void after 60 days after shipment.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Free sachets for paying using alternative payment methods are only for orders of 3 sachets or more.

Shipping & Delivery

We take our Shipping methods very serious. Aiming to be the best Royal Honey supplier means we guarantee that once an order is made, the buyer will experience nothing short of exceptional services and products. Every Order is processed, packaged and shipped out within 24 Hours of receiving payment. We Package your order and your order will arrive anywhere from 2-3 Days using USPS Priority Mail Domestic U.S. *Due to Covid-19 USPS has been experiencing some shipping delays, and it can possibly take up to 2 weeks for packages to arrive. Please note that we always ship orders within 24 hours of payment. 


Please allow between 7-30 days for your order to arrive. Please understand that even though USPS Priority mail is suppose to be delivered within 2-3 business days, that it can experience delays and these delays are beyond our reach. Once a package is shipped out, we can only wait for it to arrive to you. If more than 15 days have passed please email us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

90 Day Refund/Exchange Period:

Refunds/Exchanges are only available within the 90 Day Refund/Exchange Period. The tracking numbers that come with each Royal Honey Package are ONLY VALID for a total of 90 days after order payment is received due to the fact that tracking numbers will be destroyed and re-used by USPS. If you have a problem or complaint with your order and would like compensation please do it within the 90 days after payment is received. There will not be any compensation whatsoever made to any Paid Orders after 90 day period.
